Kristin will be guiding us through a series of her favorite feel-good yoga poses (with photos!) to help celebrate the launch of Fit Bottomed Zen. To join the workout, simply bust out your yoga mat, set up your phone or tablet so that you can see Twitter, and follow @FitBottomedZen, @KristinMcGee and #FitBottomedZen. Because this is a live yoga workout on Twitter, it helps to have some working knowledge of the basic yoga poses (think Warriors, planks, triangle, etc.), but if you’ve been to a few yoga classes, you should be good. Kristin will give cues and tips as you go through the flowing sequence, but, as always, listen to your body and modify as needed.
