Follow Us for More Ways to Get Your Zen On

It’s hard to believe it was three months ago that we proudly announced the launch of this — the fourth site in the Fit Bottomed World. Since then we’ve been hard at work cranking out awesome and inspiring tips, how-tos, guides, workouts, stories and interviews to help make your life, relationships and lifestyle a bit more zen-like … in our own Fit Bottomed way, of course.

We’ve gotten so much great feedback and lots of content suggestions from you all — so keep it all coming. We read every reader comment and consider your input to be hugely valuable to the success of the site.

In the meantime, if you want more (and who wouldn’t), follow us on all the hip-and-happening social spots (FacebookTwitterInstagramPinterest and Google+) and be sure to check in regularly for all the latest and greatest zen-tastic goodness that we’ve got going on. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, laughs, purpose, fresh perspective, mindfulness or tidbits of useful knowledge, we’ve totally got ya covered.

But wait, now there’s even more good news to share.

The Fit Bottomed World has been having a blast on Snapchat showing you all a bit more about us and all the strange, random and hilarious stuff that happens to us with somewhat shocking regularity.

So … starting, well, now, we’re expanding and bringing some Zen to Snapchat! That’s right, we’ll be snapping all sorts of  stuff from confessions of a funky yoga pants junkie to kombucha madness to behind-the-scenes glimpses at the real — and often quite comical — life of a Fit Bottomed yoga teacher (well, no one said it would be glamorous). We’ll also be letting you in on some of our secrets and tips to help you get your mind right — like instant stress-relievers, yoga time-outs, radical self-care tips and real-life meditation pointers.

Join the Snap party and follow us here or search for “fitbottomedzen”. And while you’re at it, show the rest of the Fit Bottomed family some Snapchat love, too — follow Jenn at “fitbottomedgirl”,  Erin at “fitbottomedmama” and Kristen at “fitbottomedeats“.

Inquiring minds want to know — what would you really love to see from us on Instagram and Snapchat?  —Alison
