Laurel is a Los Angeles-based yoga instructor and is a peaceful warrior on a mission to celebrate and appreciate creativity through her passion for mindful living. In addition to teaching yoga, she is also an inspired communicator, graphic artist, event producer, entrepreneur and world adventurer (yeah, she’s our kind of people). Laurel understands that consciousness is a daily practice of setting positive global intentions and recognizes the yogic journey as a life-long practice, which has guided her to travel, live, co-create and teach internationally. And we are psyched to have her for a full hour to ask her anything and everything related to yoga and mindful living.

  1. Did I miss it! We are grenwich mean time here.
    Hi Laurel, I love your hamstring yoga on you tube, I had a slipped disc a year and a half ago, and your yoga has helped me get back my fitness after my recovery. I was wondering what would be a good exercise for a 58 yr old female, apparently I now have two bulging discs but they dont cause me any concern. Thanks in advance for your reply, that is, if I havent missed the sessions. Sally
