  1. I would love to see articles on how to construct my own sequences…I am currently setting up my own personal home practice and would like to start incorporating my own sequences.

  2. Hi,can you touch on good anxiety coping skills to stay at peace with yourself and some nice, relaxing things to do.

  3. How love an article on how to balance it all — so many articles talk about waking up early in the morning to meditate, work out, do yoga, drink tea, journal … How do we find the time for it all? I’d love to fit it all in, but sometimes it seems like there aren’t enough minutes before work starts …

  4. I would really like to read about getting zen doing something other than yoga or meditating. For example, I get pretty at peace with the world going for a walk on a sunny day.

  5. Id love to read about guided meditations that you all like! Thank you for the giveaway! I am so excited for this site!

  6. I’d love an article on how to build an at-home practice and build sequences. I love yoga and right now I’m kind of obsessed with getting into a free standing head stand. 🙂

  7. I would like to see an article on setting up a home practice. Yoga is great at the studio, but sometimes my schedule and the studio just can’t find a common time. I would love to practice at home, but other than my meditation (short “daily” when I can spurts), I just don’t know how to practice on my own.

  8. How to use the interaction between diet and stress in your favor. So, what foods should we eat when we’re stressed?

  9. I’m working at getting healthier and taking better care of myself so I’m open to learning how to manage myself, my family, my hobbies and a full time job.

  10. Love Rainbeau Mars and have her 2 set Yoga for Beauty DVDs from several years back. I’d like to read about tips on staying organized and less stressed day to day. Attitude is important and I get motivated to stay on track when I read how others “go with the flow” and manage to keep it together while being productive!

  11. I’d love to read an article about how to get started with yoga and incorporate it into an established fitness routine.

  12. I’d love to see sample sequence ideas, especially sequences to help us build up to a *challenging pose. Thanks!

  13. And the winner of this giveaway is … B.H. — #4! Woot! Emailing you now. Thanks for all who entered! 🙂
